Sherry? Standard vanilla, caramel. Hesitant to say some fruitiness? It has character but needs to settle some I think. I'm going with a too young but good bottle.

Seems hot and high proof initially but getting vanilla & caramel on the nose. Smooth honey on the palette then a nice spicy peppery finish that reminds be on a rye. Really digging this one.

Maybe it's because I've been baking all day, but I'm getting a ton of warm spices (cinnamon and clove) and vanilla on the nose and palate. A bit of licorice on the finish. Strong but not too strong. Very nice.

Pretty tight nose. Lots of alcohol on the palate, but lots of sweetness also. Like a cherry cola finish. Not a lot of fruit. Tastes big but simple. Could be rye but I'm playing the odds.

Thoroughly confused by this. Beautiful nose. Apricot and sweetness on the palate. But then a "scotch" finish. If it's a rye it's the best I've had. Whatever it is I love it.
