nose is fresh fruit, maybe a lemon, flower taste builds heat slowly with a sourwood aftertaste after a dash of water i get more wood forward on the nose and vanilla custard? my youngest says it smells like oil and wants to taste lord help me burns much faster after water oddly i'd order this neat and sip for a minute, enjoyable. souring again after some time i'm keeping this guess irish, crossing my fingers! Thankful for Whiskey Advent!

First time doing the “Kentucky chew” and this one lit my cheeks on fire for a minute or so 😄 smelled maple, but that didn’t come through in the taste. Overall this one didn’t have much depth imo
