Yum!!

Loving the nose in this one - super juicy cherry and vanilla. Sweet and spice on the tongue but not getting a ton of flavor. Nice burn, but a tad astringent for my liking.

Very happy to be at this again this year! This was syrupy, plum/cherry flavor. Not as good as the reference bourbon I had right next to it.

This tastes like peat, moss, trash and skunk and smells even worse. I would vote 0 if I could.

Nope. Barely made it past the nose. I just can't with these. :-)

Oh boy I could not wait to review this one. Just from the smell I almost puked my Chipotle dinner all over the Christmas tree. I know I should taste it, but I ain't gonna. I give this a negative five.

I made a face on the first sip, and it’s wasn’t a pretty one. I know you’re asking yourself - how is that possible for a bonnie Scottish lass such as myself? So much smoke that lingers far too long. It grew on me a little by my third or fourth sip and I even detected some citrus and pine coming through but really not a fan of the finish. I’m liking Scotch more these days, but this one isn’t for me.

Not my favorite. But I definitely got the orange.

Cinnamon and vanilla on the nose. Delicious in my mouth!

Goodness gracious me. Now we’re talking. Maple and warm spices on the nose with a nice sweet burn down the gullet. Burnt caramel, sweet orange, nectar of the gods on the tongue. Long slow burn to finish. Yum.

For me was fruity/floral on the nose, then corn toward the back. Very nice.

Vanilla, very sweet smelling, I like this one.

Good. Finally. Last night made me want to stop drinking cold turkey. This is more like it. I'm might finish the advent calendar now, thank you.

Tastes like Robitussin so I'm going to say notes of cherry. This one's like a blind date- you really wanted to like it but you end up saying no thanks.

Citrusy/fruity at first. Not getting a whole lot throughout the rest of it. It's not bad, just not a whole lot there.

I don’t think it’s bourbon… but it doesn’t taste as strong as the last scotch.

Spicy, anise kind of flavor on the nose, and a nutty/almond finish. Very nice.

Did one of you distill this in your bathtub?? Because it doesn’t taste like anything anyone would pay money for. Is this the bottle they reach for in the old west when disinfecting a gunshot wound? Because if it is is, I’d take a hard pass and risk infection. Seriously WTF is this.

Smells like caramel. Smooth but still strong.

I had a hard time nailing this one down. Very strong green apple on the nose. Pretty fruity and sweet, but clean mineral finish. Hmm.
