I love bourbons with loads of rye. Cookie dough. Vanilla. Rye grass. Pepper.

Mild nutty. Brown sugar.

Argh. Great nose and color. Fruit, melon. But scotch. Peat. Sea water. Mixed with floral and honey dew. Meh. Pass.

I'm split. Great proof. Sweet palette. Crap finish. Poser scotch. Peat and brown sugar. Feels like it's trying to be a scotch friend and failing.

Lack of nose.... rye? Mild flavor. Brown sugar. Clean finish. My wife lived this one.

Good color. Clove. Pecan. Sugar. Hint of tobacco. Good spicey finish.

Light like a breath of cold air.

More like rubber bike tires that need to be changed. Wouldn't seek this out.

It's good, but something about the finish just tastes undone. A little stronger would be wonderful.

Pure unadulterated scotch.

This one is pretty smooth and easy to drink. Can't put my finger on it, but it's sweet and floral.

Citrus on the nose and honey on palate, oak on the finish. So so so good. For a high proof, this is super calm.

It's as American as apple pie except it's Scotch.

Sour cherries for sure and a lot of oak. It's quite good. Not extraordinary, but could certainly sip on this everyday.

Banana on the nose, but it's really faint. Could also be that I have COVID.

Smells like alcohol, tastes like medicine. The finish goes quickly...and I'm kind of glad.

Having a hard time placing this one in anything other than vanilla flavored rubbing alcohol. I don't hate it, but the first feel on the palate is more bite than is comfortable. The finish is really nice and getting some vanilla wafer vibes. It just disappears quick.

This is a harder scotch than the others. Kind of like the step dad of scotch. Your real dad is cool and loving and then your step dad comes around and tries to show you that love, but it just comes off more like an uncle who tries to get too close.

Getting a lot of apple juice without the sugar. Kind of OK, but that's it.

This one started out great. Getting baked apples and some citrus all the way through. But as I sipped it, it just felt like it was getting weaker.

Not getting a lot on the nose, but really liked the leathery taste mixed with some sweetness. Reminded me of an old dude in a velvet sweater smoking a pipe. You know he's got stories and was likely famous in his day, but when you're chatting with him, he's only interested in listening to your take on politics, relationships and commiserating about not getting those Taylor Swift tickets. "Damn Ticketmaster", he says with a smirk. You share a laugh and then you part ways knowing you'll never see each other again. Or will you...

I like coffee and whiskey, but not sure I love this and not sure I hate it. That said, I think you're doing it wrong if you're not mixing it with Irish cream.
