I'd love more umph at the end.

This could be an "other" or a blended like Monkey Shoulder.

Good every day bourbon

Hi proof, serious burn. I know it's last year's winner so I know it's good, but I don't think it's as good as I remember last year. I wonder if there's more rye in the mash bill compared to last yearโ€™s bourbon. Excellent sipping whiskey.

Nose is great, but there's almost no body to it...like Mike Wazowski.

Tastes like a highlands scotch. Maybe not the best one, but still tastes good. Really enjoyed this.

Nose started good enough...but the wheels came off. Slightly higher proof, but tastes like a 'nice' whiskey someone gave you as a gift because the guy at the store said it was good, but you just end up using it with mixers.

Nose is sweet, but something slightly funky there as well, I can't put my finger on it. Very enjoyable overall. Tasty whiskey, I'll be curious to see what other people describe in the flavor

Takes like bourbon mixed with a bunch of rye, but maybe still bourbon. Tasty, just enough heat.

Maybe my favorite nose so far, like flowers but sweeter. Loved this, too easy to drink though.

No. Just no. It's either coffee or stout or some other barrel aged process making this taste the way it does. The hard part is, is this still bourbon or is it โ€˜otherโ€™? Makes me long for some good old fireball to rinse this off my palate

Faint on the nose, but tastes excellent. I could see this being used for sipping or quality cocktail drinks. He has a flavor profile that I think would be higher and wheat like some of our previous strengths in the calendar.

Love the sweetness on the nose. Very light overall, but that is a good thing and I really enjoyed drinking this. I'm guessing another speyside entry.

The nose was scotch, the first taste was bourbon, then it was either a rye or more wheat on the bourbon. Fan of the sweeter nose, not so much the finish off sheet or whatever it is I'm testing.

Love everything about this- nose, taste, heat, finish- just wish you t had a little more punch...I need more cowbell!

Really enjoyed this, maybe not as much as some of the other scotches, but still really nice profile.

Nose is caramel. Nice flavor and structure. Like a dessert scotch

Nose, proof, and initial taste would put it at a 9,but the finish is just OK for me dog. Iโ€™m guessing a bourbon with a higher wheat content again. Seeng a lot of those this year, I hope this trend fades quickly.
